Well I haven't been flashed by a camera since lol, I did buy a Road Angel after the 2nd time of getting caught in the same place though so maybe that's why :o)....quite honestly and yes I know I shouldn't have been over the speed limit, but, if you get offered a course, do it, the removal of 3 points rather than the addition of 3 has to be an incentive, and seriously it wasn't a chore. I sound like a naughty speed merchant now don't I, but I was doing 32 in a 30 and 33 in a 30 honest M'Lud!
Do wonder sometimes. I hate speeding - I'm usually a pedestrian, and hate car drivers for their horrible selfishness, but how come footballers can get caught doing 112 in their Lexus and nothing happens to them, but someone gets done doing 32 mph in a thirty zone and they get loads of points?
In anticipation of being asked to define 'horrible selfishness' I would say -
not obeying highway code when if a pedestrian has started to cross a road before a car turns into it, the car needs to wait for the pedestrian... parking on pavements, jumping traffic lights at ped crossings, not stopping at zebra crossings.. list goes on really but I swear it's a dangerous game walking in urban places.
