Why is it that men moan and say that blokes never bitch about each other and can get on without having a bitching session like us girls but they are always the ones to fight in the street?

For 'bitching', read talking. That's just a derogatory male term for women talking (see also 'gossiping'). So, why do women talk and men fight? Because men aren't as emotionally or linguistically sophisticated as women. Women have always had to talk their way out of things - they aren't as physically stong as men. Men have the luxury of being able to fight if they want and not worry about the delicacies of conversation of discussion. Men often like to think this is a primitive, Neanderthal 'instinct'. It probably is.

I have heard men bitching on a grand scale many many times in my local pub. I laugh at them and say "and they say women are bad" Women are good at bitching, granted, but men can be equally as catty as us in my experience anyway.!
My hubby worked in a factory and you have never heard bitching like it between the fellas, the stories he told me about what this one had said and what the other one had said and it was all bitchy stuff!! He was one of the worst lol
