Obviously you are concerned or you would not post here but I am going to ask you to nip in to the surgery and ask to see a nurse and talk to her. If she feels anything is really wrong she will get a doctor to nip up to see you. Get some peace of mind as nobody here is qualified to diagnose your pain but it sounds to me like nothing is life threatening and the sooner that someone qualified tells you the self same thing then the sooner you will relax. Savvy?

Don't accept my answer as I am new and I think you need to go with other long term members answers and weigh up at the end of the day. Logic tells me that you want advice but are a bit afraid to ask for it or hear it so a nurse is good always. You can't go by memory with relatives ailments and classify theirs as your own - my emphysema was actually a pulled muscle that I got playing squash and my aching left arm was RSI so go get yourself checked out properly as nobody here is qualified to do so or give you a diagnosis. I'll bet you a glass of white wine and soda that you have a strained muscle.....go ask the nurse at your quacks and if I am right then I will have to owe you a glass.
