The power of a cup of tea is amazing. It rehydrates the body as well as water and the goodness it is packed full of can protect against heart disease. Tea also contains fluoride which is great for teeth. But what is even more astonishing is the way a cup of tea can handle a crisis or counteract a stressful day. Tea breaks are a God send to the stressed worker, an enjoyable beverage when friends come round; some people even find it difficult to start their day without a cuppa. What is it about a good cup of tea that is so good? Why is it when life gets tricky the tea bags are reached for?
Joe, milk in Earl Grey is not the done thing. Not for any 'eliteist' reasons (as I suspect skreecheeboy is alluding to), but simply because it is a very delicately scented, flavoured tea which would be overpowered by the addition of milk. Try it and see.
To paraphrase, I'm sure there are philistines who might disagree, but hey put diesel in your petrol car and see how far you get!
Lovin' your work Joe : )
i like tea too, drink at least 5 cups till 5 o clock then, then once more just before dinner

What a load of bo!!ocks, tea is only good when you make it yourself, there`s nothing worse than getting a cuppa which has too much milk in or luke warm, this is just another market research question
Right on Elvis no one can make a cuppa like I can (for me) but my tea is horrible to other people, I like it weak, black and with a drop of cold water. 3 cuppas a day, and 3 cups of coffee.
When I first came to Spain they served tea with milk and lemon - eeugh and luke warm it was 'orrible.
