i did couple of years ago.
worked great.
when you get into it u can lose 2 pounds a week no bother .
its easy.
now im just fat n lazy.
like i give a rats.
go for it tho it does work
i tried it but i were still hungry after the shake plus if it does work for u,u would probebly find that u just put the weight back on when u start eating normal again.
best bet is to eat healthy and regular excercise x
I did it when I was younger and it made me feel terrible - really down and depressed. My sister in law felt the same when she was on it. I wouldn't do it again.
I have lost weight on it but as soon as I started eating proper food, the weight came back on. The only way in my opinion is to watch the saturated fats and eat smaller portions. I have lost over 3st on Weight Watchers and I have stayed the same weight for 3months now. I know that doesn't sound long but believe me it is. good luck!
The milkshakes made me feel sick so instead I cut out bread, which meant no butter, and have been loosing 2 or 3 lbs per week. Much easier and I can still eat all the other stuff I want, in moderation. Really should do some exercise too but don't
used it last summer and lost a stone in time for a holiday. That is the good news - now the bad - I had shake at breakfast and shake at luchtime and a 'good' dinner, however I was constantly hungry. What I did in the end which worked for me, I 'bulked up' a strawberry shake with half a dozen or so fresh strawberries to make it into a smoothie (in the blender) and whilst I still suffered hunger pangs, it certainly eased it for me. Good Luck
Never. I'd never entertain a quick-fix weight loss solution. You will definitely lose some weight on it but unless you make considerable changes to your normal diet when you revert back then you will just pile on the pounds again, plus some!!!
But I say go for it if you are only aiming to lose up to a maximum of 5 lbs.
