My index and little fingers are twitching all the time, flickering. I think this may be something to do with over use of the mouse. Are there any other types of mouse you know about where the hand can vary it's position?x

Hi Scarlett....Maybe your finger twitching is more to do with nerve damage in your wrist then the actual hand / mouse control...I have bought a mousemat with a wrist support and found this eases my discomfort....How is your wrist placed when using your mouse...Is it resting on the desk?

Yes it is. On the edge of the table.
If you can change your hand typing position by not resting your wrist on the desk you may ease your discomfort...I would advise you sort this out because it can become a persistant and annoying problem if left...
Take a look at this website it may have some ideas....
