i have got a hard spot on my tongue,any ideas? i suffer badly with ulcers but doesnt feel like one

I suffer with mouth ulcers too and funnily enough have a spot on my tongue at the moment too - odd! I swear by somehting called L-Lysine for mouth problems - it's great for both of the above. You can get it from Holland Barret and places like that. I just got some on one of their 70% off deals so it was dirt cheap!

i attend my local hospital who give me several different treatments but admit that ulcers cant be gotten rid off, just eased!
