water..............: dunno in cups but about 20 i drink litre bottles of water from when i get up thru til bedtime but im normally up about 20 hrs everyday.
cigarettes......: aaarrggggg my vice! since monday roughly 100.
alcohol...........: erm 2 dbl vodkas

Probably about two and half hours walking- havent been out tonight, the dog doesnt do rain!!!!!!!
Same as whiskeysheri-I drink water all day in work and pints of juice at night.
