How long does it take for a heavy smoker (a pack a day) to get lung cancer?
What about someone who smokes only one cigarette a day?

My brother-in-law smoked & died of throat cancer at 62. My sister still smokes & is currently undergoing treatment for bladder cancer at 60. My brother smokes is currently undergoing treatment for prostate cancer at 65. Everyone is different & so are the cancers. We & medical staff have tried to discourage them from smoking, but once hooked can be very hard to stop! The rest is in the lap of God! (Thankfully, hubby & I are non smokers).
