i have been taking creatine twice a day (one teaspoon per serving) for 3 months now. i work out 4 days a week , but havent noticed any changes in my body. does this work?

creatine can work, but only because it increases the energy available to muscles, enabling you to work out harder. if you want results from it you have to push yourself.
Be careful about taking body building supplements....they can damage to your kidneys and leave you needing dialysis on a full time basis. I heard that a former Mr.Universe then movie star and now governor has such problems but it is being kept hush hush.
