Snoring, mrwarpig is still doing it?

thank you all for your replies, I know at some points in this thread I seem to be joking but it is a problem ( for me anyway). Aprilis, that looks interesting will check out the web site. Mrknowall, how did you get mrwarpig to pose for that???

sorry Ive taken so long to get back to you warpig3 but Ive been trying to put the papworth sleep disorder clinic site link on here for you .However ,I am not getting anywhere with it as I am not doing it correct.I can say though that they do suggest a visit to GP to establish if mrwarpig is overweight or has high blood pressure or high cholesterol.
Does he stop breathing at any point ,that is to say sleep apnoea?
Have a look at their site anyway as it has articles on snoring,though I couldnt see any treatment involving cold chips up nostrils or a strategically placed toe in the nether region.

Yes he does stop breathing at some points but as soon as I remove the pillow he starts again!!!!

Seriously, no he doesnt but he is slightly over weight and is intending to go on a diet so maybe that will work.

If you want to post a link on here, heres how to do it:-

They never believe it do they? Why? I use those spongy ear plugs, they squeeze up really small then when you put them in your ears they sort of swell up and block out loads of noise. I can send you some if you like? Either that or move into the shed!

LLASY, I think it is because it doesn't wake them, although goodness knows how!!!!!

Think I will check out some earplugs, I suppose it doesn't help that I am a light sleeper either and if anyone is going to the shed its him!
