are u serious????????

join a gym them things **** up your system , dont be so lazy they dont work they give u bad breath
Yeah, loads work - if you stop eating so much.

Just cut down, eat healthily instead of burgers, chips, pizza etc. Most diet pills will work if you eat a healthy diet and if you eat a healthy diet, you won't need the diet pills anyway!!!

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE junk food but I know that I will never lose weight if I carry on eating it.
In answer to your question... they do work - because they are 'speed'.
They are now struck off the drugs register, because they are dangerous.
As well as bad breath, they affect your personality. Remember Fergie's toe sucking episode? They blamed the diet tablets she was on.

Sadly, the only way to lose weight is - eat less, move about more.
Good luck.

Eating on amphetime or E is damn near impossible for a good 24 hours but it doesn't do your body any good. Rapid weight loss can have serious implications on your heart, and taking any similar drug tht suppresses appetite can affect your mood, your view of the world, your grip on reality. your sleeping pattern and your work/ life balance.
Just had another thought, Yerbe Mat is a tea which also acts as an appetite suppressant, tastes jolly good, is a stimulant and speeds up your metabolism whilst containing lots of antioxidants. You can buy it from health food shops but remember that if you increase your bodies amount of antioxidants, your bodies absorbtion rate of vitamins and other essential nutrients falls so you will have to have more food or take supplements to balance the equation. Going to the gym and getting a healthy balanced diet is by far the best way, doign sport is my favourite way to stay in shape, nothing better than scoring a few goals on the fives pitch as a warm up to the weekend!

Thanks guys, I'm not actually after weight loss pills, my mate is and I came up with all the arguments against them that you've cited, but she wouldn't listen to me...Maybe now the masses have spoken she'll take heed...
I asked the exact same question on here about 2 months ago and got a similar response so dont be offended! In the end I bought 'slim bombs' there are some really excellent reviews of them on sites but to be honest I'd say it was false advertising. I took them for 5 weeks (out of a 7 week course) and all that happened was my pee went bright green I craved carbs to the point I could cry and actually gained weight! My experience of slimming pills...dont ! Since that bad experience I've started seeing a homeopath who has helped me completely change my eating habbits and in turn help control my weight, I'd advise seeing one. I was 12. 3 and now 11.7 in the space of approx 1 1/2 months I now have a diets of loads of veg I dont eat wheat as I quite poss have the start of ceolas ( thats not spelt right but intolerance to foods with gluten in them basically) and since watching a prog about GM and meat I haven't touched the stuff so effectively i guess I'm a veggie now! although I eat fish! I had no real motivation either until accepted I had PCOS (2 years laters) and had to deal with things now for the sake of my future health. But I still needed a bit more motivation so strange as it sound I nicked my bf FHM and cut out loads of pic of girls with hot bods (mainly Keeley Hazell) and made a scrap book so when ever I feel de motivated i can look through it and think I want to look like that! I honestly think looking after yourself now is the way forward, if you dont no one else will.

It's hard but good luck
