Does anyone know if a 'net carb' is the same as a carboydrate unit? I'm on a low-carb (not the strict Atkins but Dr Charles Clark's & it's fab!!) and he counts carb units as per UK labels. However a lot of the high protien/low carb health bars are imported from USA & they state 'net carbs' Are these the same as our carbs? Please help!
