We are all praying for little Maddie, abducted in Portugal. Apart from a handfull ie. Myra Hindley, Rose West to name but two. All the vile child abusers, I would say 99 out of 100 are men, what makes these 'men' so evil?

i hate to admit it (and i do hope i am wrong) but i feel suspicoius (sp) of the parents?? there seems to be something going on with them?? christ i hope i am wrong tho and the little girl turns up VERY soon!!!

also it makes you think...................... the church where they had a prayer at on sunday was below my holiday apartment when we were there on holiday last year!! ........ it makes me shudder to think!!!!!

The worrying thing is as i said.If they were involved then the outcome will be worse than if someone has her and lets her go.

I'm guessing that abduction involving family members means cases where the parents have split up and one of them wants to keep the child, maybe in defiance of a court order. This seems to happen with parents of either sex, but doesn't mean paedophilia is involved.

Can I just add that the reason the police make them do appeals is to look at their facial expressions....the words they use etc.

A lot of these TV appeals are more for the investigators, enabling them to 'read' suspects thoroughly.

I am not deliberately suggesting the parents are involved, let alone the perpetrators...none of us know what the police know. Usually the more important facts are kept under wraps until they are sure.

It all seems so odd. I was watching the tv appeal earlier and I was thinking that if it was my own child I don't think I would have been able to utter a single word without breaking down, let alone a whole statement.
