I am looking to go away at the end of august for a week and am going to do a last minute thing to get it cheao as money is a bit tight... Has anyone got any good suggestions of places to go? I haven't been on holiday for 10 years so not really sure. I'm 22, my bloke is 35, neither of us are into clubbing big time, and we're not really going to be wanting to sit onthe beach ALL the time.... Also, this may sound silly so please don't laugh, i'm white and he's black - is there anywhere we should avoid because of skin colour?? Thanks

Benalmadena - Malaga - Spain. Dead cheap for food & drink & really cheerful. Pubs are mostly family / british run, not wild like clubs. but if you fancy venturing to clubland take off to 24 Square for the night though it is expensive. Try going early sept rather than end of Aug as it is still peak holiday time in aug as kids not quite back to school, and in sept you'll still get good weather. Dont even think of skin colour wherever you go, just have fun
