Past life revisited

Following on from Spock's thread - sort of - if you could go back in time to meet yourself at a younger age, I want to ask:

What age 'you' would you revisit?
What would you tell yourself?
Would you tell yourself who you were?

I think I might go back to a 12 year old me, tell myself to worry a bit less (and probably eat a bit less too...) and relax a bit more. And because I know I'd have believed it, I'd tell myself who I was.
(I may also write a list of blokes I should/shouldn't have slept with, and tell myself to hide it from 'our' mum for the next few years....)
