Tai Chi ?
Dogging?
Is it Capawera? - the Brazilian dance / fighting thing.
Sorry, tantric dogging. :)
Tai Chi, its still a martial art, even though these days, its seen as a form of relaxation.

Any martial art is most effective when you are relaxed.
It probably is Tai Chi, although the old dears on my local green often seem to be perfecting their techniques of Dim Mak.
is the stuff you see the guys on the roof doing on the bbc breaks - they are dressed in red. that is capawera.
Tai Chi is the one that you genearlly see people out in parks doing. It is a form of martial art but most people use it now as a stress buster (and very effective it is too.
