Has anyone ever heard of or tried the Shangri-La Diet.
It consisits of taking sugar water of flavourless oil between meals.
If you've tried it, did it work?

a diet that cuts nothing out, but ADDS EXTRA sugar and fat to your normal daily intake?

mmmm...?
sugar water is great for constipation. perhaps thats how it works, it gives you the squits?? But then any weight lost would surely be water and soon piled back on.
CheeckyChops thanks.
What do you think then Sally, I tend to agree with redcrx
xx
I should learn to spell, sorry Cheeky Chops
Sounds pretty dodgy to me...unproven theory and improper research techniques...hmmm. You would better off using one of the low GL/GI diets...at least you get to eat REAL food in a balanced diet and you won't go hungry.
