why does getting drunk make you feel so depressed for 3 days like a big black hole you dont think u can climb out off.i am very fit but it makes my heart palpitate the next day and although i enjoy a drink is this worth it?

i cant drink wine makes me really sad . i use to be able its only in the last year i cant . very odd .dont bother if it makes you feel like that whats the point ? i dont bother with wine .

I have a solution Viali - why dont you just drink strong espresso coffee instead, you get the same symptoms - big rush of adrenalin 'fix', heart palpitations and guess what ? No headache in the morning.....oh and its a darn site cheaper than alcohol...it was just a thought.
