Does anyone know the quickest way to get a toned stomach? preferably without having to buy stuff to do it

You'll want to begin some kind of healthy eating regime (not necessarily a diet, just healthy eating), do regular anaerobic exercise which is good for your cardiovascular system and burns calories such as running, cycling, or swimming, and then to define your abs do "crunches" which are like sit-ups but do a much better job on your target area - get flat on your back, but with your bum up against the edge of a bed/armchair/sofa/you get the idea with your legs going vertically up the chosen furniture and bent at the knee across the top/seat section. Then lift as if you were doing a sit-up.You'll never raise as much, but you'll feel the "crunching" of your abs. Repeat as much as you can in a session, but don't overdo it as you might cause some damage whilst you're getting used to it. Over time you'll be able to perform more reps in a session, but never try to do more than 10 minutes worth a day (and go for the length of time as your guide, not the nunber of reps. It won't hurt if at first you find that you aim for 10 mins, acheive 20 reps and then give up. just aim for 10 mins). Hope all that makes sense.
