4 yr old groin lumps... help!

Ok i prob put this in the wrong place but i need some help, my 4 yr old daughter has little lumps either side of her groin, they have been there for 4 or so weeks, they r not bothering her, but r me now as they havent gone. They r like little peas under her skin and she has about 10-12 in total, she has had no infections, and has no other glands in her body swollen, im worried, we r going doc on tues about them, but im worring that she could have some form of cancer, should i go sooner, or has anyone else had these symptoms? many thanks xx

Hiya. Like everyone said above.
Do not take what I say as anything but my experience. When i was little and got stressed out I use to get little lumps. Especially when I was away from my Mum and Dad which was every summer, when we were sent home. The doctor ended up saying it was home sickness. I had tiny lumps in my neck usually but they could appear any where. I was told it was just a form of stress.
That's just what happened to me and obviously you need to get your little girl checked. I'm just letting you know that it can be nothing, as it was in my case. I got them into my teens.
