well, it's supposed to make you feel good, because it's how the human race continues. Species that don't like sex tend to die out. It's possible that you aren't doing it right. But maybe you're just one of those people who don't much care for it; you're certainly not the only one. It's not compulsory, so you can feel free to devote your time to contract bridge or collecting stamps; no need to feel guilty about it.

Hi sleepy, well it depends. My sex life with my husband (now ex of 9 yrs) became a routine, which I felt I had to "get it over with" just to make my day to day life bearable, as he got in such a bad mood if not!

A lot of it depends on how you get on "outside the bedroom" are you happy together? Is there resentment there? Do you spend too much time chewing your pillow?

I am regularly deprived of sex for 2 weeks at a time and it drives me mad. I cant function properly without it, I get really grumpy. Maybe you take it for granted because it is available all the time?

Im female. But I get it every day for 3 weeks then none for two weeks so it is rather frustrating! Im sure if I became single I would get used to it and cope. I have just been in this routine for 7 years now, I find the dry (!) spells a little hard to cope with lol!

I think it depends on who you are with. Im have only been with really young, immature men, who saw sex (once you had done it once) as their RIGHT and got really moody and horrid if they didn't "get it". For me, sex is a big deal and I would only want to do it with someone I was REALLY in love with, who I knew felt the same way about me. So when it starts to become a function- something a man NEEDS and you are required to give, it loses any appeal for me. Also like many women, sense of humour is the best way to laugh someone into bed. My exes thought the best way to get someone in the mood was go all moody, then have a go at you because they wanted sex, them expect you to drop 'em and co-operate!!!
I am biding my time! I know I will meet someone amazing eventually but for now, sex is just a bad memory with men that didn't deserve it! Sorry to be cynical!!
