Bl00dy hell, almost as bad as when i was trying to change the lightbulb in my kitchen this morning. Never thought i'd end up upsidown in the bin. Thank goodness it was empty and clean. not very nice especially when i couldn't get it off my head.
Worth it though, either that or cook in the dark and burn the place down or chop my fingers off.
