happy to say my addiction to ab is nearly over now ..i dont get withdrawal symptoms ,as i only pop on every once in a while .dont miss me to much lol but be on from time to time to see what you lot are up to ....is your addiction to ab very bad ???

mmm i think ive had my dose for today. real life calls, washing cleaning etc.
i have noticed a pattern developing and im frankly amazed at how time flys when on AB.
time flys when having fun. xxcheers

I have an addiction to keep posting dross, also I get into a habit of refreshing the page too often as well. oh well!
