My hair is seriously thinning

there are no cures for baldness yet, my advice is to keep it really short, people will get used to it short and not really notice it when it does recede further.

I hear they are working on stem cell treatment trials at the moment so its not all lost

There is nothing you can do I'm afraid, just don't try and diguise it, eg NO comb over! The answer is to get a really close cut all over and you'll look great x
