Hi ha kola - I will be your friend cos i know exactly what you mean - i have been on here ages and whilst i have never yet been insulted (there's still chance), I haven't been made to feel part of the in-crowd either. I am happy though - still get lots of really helpful answers so thanks everyone

You are very welcome, you don't have to fit in with anyone, be yourself, post an answer/question whenever you want and if there is bickering and fighting, read it........and then pass it by and be happy that you are not that sad/miserable/bitter that you have to argue with someone through a computer to "fit in".
Be true to yourself and be homest and you'll do fine.
