If you are in a church for a wedding/ funeral etc...when it comes to singing the hymns, do you sing or mime the words or are you one of them Pavarotti types who make everyone snigger?
I definately mime while letting the odd but out here and there, as I do not know the tunes and can't sing. I just have to try my hardest not to giggle all the way through.
I mime and throw in a sentence or two but I never know the words or the tune so it's difficult! Lol.
If I knew it, I'd sing it. Thank fully I don't often go to church.
Hi Elvis, :-) I do sing well, more of a mumble really but very quietly! I hate hyms anyway. How can you sing a song when you don't know the tune? and as for the lyrics!!!!!!!
Im not a churchgoer as you can probably tell!
My Mum sings at the top of her voice and i had a job containing myself at my nieces wedding! Brilliant!!!! It was the best bit of the day!
No i mime defo, i get very embarressed and i always watch everyone else to see who is singing and who is miming i find its only normally the vicar who is singing lol
I always sing ,as a funeral is a celebration of a life and a lot of funerals now have pop music , but I quite like the hymns as older people want them sung .I haven't been to a church wedding in years , so will pass on that .
