i really like him, he is nice. He means a lot to me even tho I don�t know him very well but im not sure if he feels the same he blows hot and cold and sometimes I think he likes me and other times he doesn�t seem interested but im not too sure. What should i do?

Telling him is probably the worst thing you could do, since you're not even sure you love him, and don't even know him that well. Sorry, but you're going to look like an immature muppet!
It's possible he likes you, but it's also possible he's only being cheeky, and flattered by the attention you are giving him (you strike me as someone who wouldn't hide their feelings very well, somehow). I say DON'T.
