Headache when flying

Whenever I used to fly for my holidays I used to get a really bad pain in my forehead and my eyes bulged out and poured water. This only occurs when the plane is landing.
It is so bad that I have stopped flying anywhere.
I have been checked out at the Ear, Nose, Throat dept at my local hospital with no apparent problems showing up.
Does anyone else suffer from this and if so do they know of any prevention?

It does sound more like a rise in blood pressure than anything ENT, but I am no health expert, just the opposite, but I know the cabin pressure changes as the plane lands and so it kind of makes logical sense, i am better at logic damon.
