I think not. Society has passed a marker point. It is now possible to rule entirely by fear of reprisal. Many people know the identity of the hooded courageous little scroat on the BMX who shot him, but not one dares speak out. This is not a situation that government can address, all this 'educate the parents' crap is just so much politically correct turds.

This stuff is not new, but in Britain 2007 it is unstoppable. It's the Hooman Rights thing where you daren't arrest anybody for fear of being sued. If you resist a burglar inside your own property you are likely to be arrested while the burglar wanders away and more than likely mulcts you for damages later.

Britain is the pits now. Law and Order is a JOKE. There is nothing we can do. If there is I'd be delighted to hear, without infringing hooman rights of course.

i have been saying this for days now, wait til the schools go back next week, the cops will be either looking for any missing kid not attending or a kid with a real change in personality, teachers are trained to spot that sort of change in behavior, and there are only so many schools the culprit can have been registered with., it's not hard to guess that the police will be keeping tabs on the attendance registers etc.
