If you have a one night stand does that make you cheap?

Nope - I have had them in the past and don't consider myself cheap - in fact if you asked lots of girls my age I would say I have probably slept with fewer guys than most of them.

You're so right 4get, I've lost count of the one night stands I've had and it doesn't make any diffrence to me, nor do I think that the girl (or girls) are cheap, I saw sex as a release, or an urge, a normal healthy human function

I wouldn't say cheap but I wouldn't sleep with such a woman, I don't do it myself and I wouldn't go out with a woman that does.

I did when I was in my teens but that was a long time ago before I had moral standards!!

I've done it several times. I have however, mostly done it with beer goggles on and have sometimes regretted it the next day. Probably only done it once or twice sober.

The only time I've felt cheap is when I've got a knock back and regretted suggesting it in the first place!

I dont finf it wrong at all. I think when you're you're young you have a bit of fun I just think as you get older it changes
1. Because you realise whats the point
2. You want to settle down
3. Your wobby bits are more noticable :-)

I do agree though that sleeping with men on a first dates makes them less interested. Its always good to keep them keen. My bloke chased me for years :-)

Well, it depends how alijangra is defining stranger - I get the impression they mean anyone that you haven't known for a fair period of time, i.e. more than an evening!

Sorry Im a bit ignorant when it comes to this subject, I thought that's what you meant. 'One night stand' to me always suggests the behaviour of people going out 'on the pull' in pubs and nightclubs and going home with someone they have just met.

I repeat my question alijangra even taking that into account - what makes you think people who do that (i.e. go home with someone they've met that evening) are lacking something mentally?

Which to me is pretty disgusting, protection or not. It's about time people realised condoms are not 100% nor do they protect you against infestations of crabs or genital warts.
