Are women easier nowadays and what effect has it had on society in general??

reading the posts today it appears theres no need to ask out a women anymore.
sex is given freely and without much emotion either.
if you have a one night stand expect sex , its a given btw.if you regularly have sex , you may be considered going out , but if you dont actually say it its ok to have sex with other people too.
if after a few months youre still at it like rabbits thats seen as a form of commitment .
does anyone know when women stopped holding out and just gave it away like a free pass to the bedroom?
have womens morals declined inline with those of society in general?
or has the decline of female morals had a bigger effect on society in general?
youd think if youd let someone have sex with you youd be able to talk to them about things wouldnt you?
apparently not tho.

or is it cos im old n decrepit and i dont know what im talkin about?

In answer to one of your question you spat at me....yes, in my younger days, before i got married, i did have one night stands. Some I couldn't even remember their names hours later, let alone hold conversation with. Does that make me, in your eyes, a slapper? Yes more than likely.

i find them great company.
and of course sex is very enjoyable with them too.

but that doesnt mean i cant have differing opinions about them .

like perhaps a soldier in the army not wanting to fight in iraq.

I think people are missing out so much on the better things in life.

Sex reduced to the same level as a bag of chips on the way home from the pub.

For all the emotional attachment , women may as well be a hole in the mattress in these situations.

Massive rises in cervical cancer and stds, as well as illnesses arising from alcohol abuse. It's not clever or big having sex - anyone can do it.

If you have never experienced a proper courtship you really don't know what you are missing. I don't believe people should marry before having sex, but they should at least know each other. And trust each other.

Making love is supposed to be the most intimate loving experience you can share with your partner. Not very special if he or she is one of hundreds, is it?

And for how many men I slept with, does it matter? Do you define slappers, or women with loose morals, based on the amount of partners? Or the time they spent in their company before hopping into bed? Or their "legging it, never to be seen again" attitude?

In my opinion, one night stands are ok if both people agree, with the same state of mind. Not for me though,

Again, I think a friend with "benefits" is ok if both people are ok with it, although this always turns out complicated as far as I am aware.

One night stands and friends with benefits arrangements have been openly admitted to by men for years, so have always needed a woman to do these things with.

Affairs, I dont know who cheats more. Whether it is men or women, I have no idea. Although they are a symptom of a marriage gone wrong and if a person stays with the person he/she cheated with, that hardly makes him/her a slapper.

I know plenty of women/girls who still hold out. Not one of my friends would let me go home with a guy on a night out and that works the same way too. I have seen my friends drunkenly agreeing to it and I have waded in and said if you are that keen you can call her tomorrow but tonight she is going home alone. Its a rule between us and I think you are very misguided about women as a whole.

If I may be allowed to put my fourpenn'orth in here....there's a famous quote (from a poem?) that sex wasn't invented until the 1960's. This is rubbish of course.
One night stands have always happened (well, not to me cos the men could always run faster than I could). As none of you know me personally I will divulge a family secret - my granny was a slapper. When my grandad was away in WW2 she had 5 years of one night stands and scandalised the whole town. As she said in later years, she wasn't the only one but things were hushed up in those days and sex is talked about more openly now.

I think it's more prevalent today and probably has been since reliable contraception was introduced in the 1960's. I don't think of my self as an old fossil but I really don't like the ladette culture of today. So many teenagers (& older) seem to have no respect for themselves....and that includes men & women. I guess I'm a romantic at heart, and I'd hate to have sex with someone I didn't know or care about.
Not that anyone ever wanted to have a one night stand with me.....

Nonetheless I really do try and be adult enough to answer any sensible questions you ask, until you patronise me. I can only assume it's because you dislike me too.

I'm aware I've mentioned the "agree with you 100%" point a few times now, sorry if you find it dull, however I still find it relevant. Until you can accept that not everyone shares the same opinions on any given subject, then it's always going to crop up.
