Why is my right foot up to my ankles swollen slightly with recurring headaches?

that sounds like a circulation problem, cut out salt in your diet and take some aspirin
I guess the two symptoms may be unconnected.

A question for a doctor perhaps?
I have to warn you, Wellbeing, that some smart ass is going to ask how can your right foot get recurring headaches.
I nearly did but I decided against it incase i got told off for not taking newbies seriously

Wellbeing, Dot is probably right: the symptom sounds like edema and the cause might be circulatory. However, Panic is even more correct: see a doctor.
