Anger management?

Now I don't go around smashing things up but I just snap at people for next to no reason and I don't like doing it but it just happens then I regret it straight afterwards normally it's after things don't go according to (my) plan!
What can I do about it?

Then you seem to have your anger better controlled than some people SKA.
My ex husband used to throw his dinner/ the chair/ bottles of wine at me.
I think anger management is way overrated. Its far healthier to express your emotions than bottle them up.
I think as long as you appologise straight after there's no harm done and friends and family will know you dont really mean it. strangers may think you are a bit crazy but as least you've expressed yourself

I think it upsets me more then anyone else � it must be PMS. I have crazy mood swings!!
I just thought of anger management because one of my friends was ordered to do a course by a judge (he got out of it somehow though) and he just said I need it more then him!!

I've heard it works wonders for anger management
some people are just like that. I always seem to be on receiving end. Get snapped at for no reason.
