confused and low
7 Answers
I am sorry but i am just really confused. Sometimes i just cant seem to think straight and my head goes from one extreme of thought to another. To be presise these are thoughts of a sexual nature and also thoughts of ending things and being realy low. I am taking anti-depressants but i do just want to hide from the world and try to think how i will get myself where i want but my jekyl and hyde type thought process does not help.

You are not alone -you have been very frank -please dont worry -you are simply not receiving the correct treatment.
However you have to be honest with your GP for this to be rectified..
You'll be fine -good luck x

I dont blame you. Women can be so insensitive. When I call my girlfriend who lives abroad half the time shes laughing at whats on the telly or chatting on msn to friends at the same time. That really annoys me because I find it rude and Ive told her several times not to do it but now it makes me sound like a control jealous freak.
the fact you want to talk about it is good, not enough guys do that, and at least you can do this on here in an anonymous way.well done for bringing it out into the open, I know it cant be easy.anti-depressants can only help for some people some of the the time.they aren't a 'fix' in a lot of cases and sometimes you need a 'talking therapy' like cognitive behavioural therapy to get to the root of your problems. You can get referred by your GP, although the waiting list is long.without knowing how your depression started etc its hard to say, and not all GPS are clued up on emotional problems like yours.you talk as though you have a sort of 'fog' going on inside, and you're not alone.I hope you realise you can get better with the right help.ask your doctor to refer you(you have that right) and although there is a waiting list, at least it might be a light at the end of the tunnel.good luck.
