It sort of depends on what you mean by "The meaning of life"!
If you really believe there is any "meaning" to this life then that begs the question, "What do you mean by `meaning'"?
Do you mean "purpose"?
If you do, then you have to believe that there is some predetermination to our existence!
And if you believe that, then you must believe that there is a God or allpowerful being directing our lives.
To question our "purpose" is to ask, "Which religion should I subscribe to?"
If you are open to the possibility that we have no purpose od indeed that there is NO purpose to life then you must be prepared to accept that we live, we die and that's that!
We are no more important than a blade of grass or a mosquito or a rock on the seashore!
We are fortunate in that we have the ability to question our existence but that's all!
To answer your question... there is NO meaning of life simply because "meaning" is a concept invented by us humans.
If you absolutely must have a meaning to your life, then you must choose from one of those invented by your species...
I recommend "procreation"!
