Now that it is mostly all over (sob!) is anyone thinking of doing a diet? Which one? Or rather, what are you going to do in order to lose weight? Are you starting on Jan 1st or before? Or never?!
I will definitely be starting a diet!!!
Since last October, I have gained maybe a stone and I can feel it.
But when to start??? that is the question.
I will probably start mine when I go back to work on the 7th!!
I have got food plans for everyday til then!!!!
I dropped 2 dress sizes since last August by eating sensibly so although I will overdo it during the holiday I don't want to undo all the good work. When I return to work next week I will give away all the remaining chocolates and biscuits and go back to the sensible diet again. Unfortunately it's the only way I can do it.
It was last Christmas that I decided I had to lose weight, so it became a new year resolution. Have lost just over 5 stone since then, so this year the plan is just to keep going! Doesn't involve any proper diets, but watching what I eat and doing a little bit of exercise on a regular basis. None of the fad/temporary diets would work with me as I wouldn't be able to stick to them!
Think I'm going to do the sensible one - a little less fat and sugar, a little more fresh fruit and veg and a little more exercise. I'll try to get into it gradually during January.
saw wedding photos of myself there - havent looked at photos of myself in approx 10 years. got the fright of my life.
Will be definitely cutting down and the only thing I have to do is cut out the beers through the week as I dont eat too much. Definitely not a big eater. Will keep you posted. I hope to lose 2 stone.
