1. Urban, urban, urban.
2. Not sure I understand the question. Do you mean names, or professions such as film makers, dancers, theatre producers and potters.
3. Individuals mostly. Brave individuals who go it alone.
4. Sometimes business sense, sometimes excellence and always financial encouragement.
5. The olympics should be an inspiration and an opportunity but the Arts Council's recent movement of money away from established arts companies into the olympics is an example of them being used to destablise everything.
