Arthiritis

I think it might be in my finger. The end joint on my left pointing finger (cant remember its scientific name). It hurt to bend it, and hurts when i move it, unless i click it, but that also hurts. The pain is in my joint, its not like a bruised bone or anything, as the pain goes away (a bit) after ive clicked it. I must admit ive been clicking my fingers for about 10 years, and im only 20. Is there anything to be worried about?

I know there are more than 100 different kinds of arthritis.
I don't know if you can get it at such a young age.
I found some arthritis videos that seem very informative and useful and maybe they'll help you:

Clicking or cracking your fingers won't actually cause you arthtritis. That's been medically proven now, but unfortunately cracking your fingers over a prolonged period can inflame and weaken bone joints. In extreme circumstances over time even your general gripping power can decrease.
Being only twenty I would imagine it's not too late to stop any permanent damage. I used to do the same myself and managed to stop. You should see your doctor if you're very concerned. It's probably a case of putting up with the pain for a while and resolutely not cracking your fingers anymore to give any inflammation a chance to calm down.
Cod liver oil tablets may improve any stiffness and discomfort too. Though you will have to take regularly and give them a good few weeks to kick in.

I have had arthritis since my early teens. It is not confined to the elderly. Some people have hereditary tendencies to arthritis. I definitely have.
Try to stop clicking your fingers. My son did it and was told by the doctor he was likely to get arthritis because of this habit. Apparently, it's more common in boys than girls. Any joint that is overstretched is more prone to arthritis. Fingers are not meant to be clicked!
I wouldn't worry about it though, but when and if you have a GP appointment I would mention it.
