Eat late at night
Drink milky drinks inbetween meals
Do not over-exert yourself
Train with weight for added bulk
Eat plenty of carbs and avoid cardiovascular activities
Try iron supplements, apparent;y they increase your apitite.
That's all I can think of, don't take my word for it though, generally do the opposite of what slimmers are advise to do.
To be honest, none of this may make a difference, some of us have a naturally high metabolism or a small frame and/or slim body, you may only put on weight with age. Good luck!
I have had the same problem recently, which has been amplified by going vegetarian a number of months back. I usggest peanut butter sandwhiches just before sleep ^_^. It's 50% fat and tastes ohh so good.
As cinderelli said, pile on the carbs. Think Atkins diet but work in reverse. Potato, bread, anything you cna find to bulk out with carbs. Piling on lots of fat will not be good for you in the long run, especially if it is saturated fat.
The diet to gain weight is exactly the same as to lose weight = the healthiest foods. Eat 6/8 small meals/day from all the food groups, complex carbs, etc, and get lots of exercise. Dairy foods are high in fat and sugar (lactose) which you may butn up too quickly, so use nuts and fish instead. Summer is the perfect season for healthy eating.
