It depends on age, gender and liquid consumption levels, but I think it is between 2 and 3 litres per day.

More if you wet the bed.

In a temperate climate, average sized adult, about 1-1.5litres per day. This is reduced in warm climates, so to maintain fluid balance more fluids (water) needs to be ingested i.e when on holiday.
