im 13 years old and weigh 11st i am quite solid but i really want 2 lose weight fast ive tried 2 throw up stop eatin and dieting but nothing works please help x

Do not do faddy diets and never ever make yourself throw up, you want to lose weight but you really dont want to die in the process !

The safest way to lose weight is slowly and with regular exercise, I know you seem desperate to lose it quickly but youre so young and your body is still developing you will do yourself great harm. PLEASE be sensible and see your GP for proper dietary advice.

the best way to lose weight is of course to burn off more calories than you eat. BUT stopping eating or throwing up will make you ill and effect your growing body. Your body will go into starvation mode and any calories you do eat will be stored within your body.

it all depends on your hight, im 14 years old, about 11 stone, but apparently im still within my healthy weight range, which i think is bull, but apparently its true. you dont want to get in to throwing up, or stopping eating, because you dont want to get an eating disorder, i've been there, done that, and got the t-shirt, and it wasnt fun. just a balanced diet, and regular excercise should do it
you said on your other post that you drink a lot of water? are you thristy a lot of time and drinking excessivly? it could be a sign of diabetes.

i agree that perhaps a chat with your GP would be the best way to go
I agree with 4get, join some sports club and play some team games or try swimming. That helps with social, health, body and mind all in one.
