i want a flat stomach!!!

hello everybody!! i have been trying the past few weeks to tone up.im eating better and attending four hours of body classes a week. as a woman though deep down i feel it is in vain. im left with a bit of a wobbly belly and a few stretch arks after childbirth,although he is now three. if i keep up the stomach crunching should this go away and will i ever get my six pack. has any other woman achieved this after bearing childre..ill congratulate you now on such a hard feat. any help?

You need to be really careful about how you develop your washboard stomach. Doing stomach exercises wrong can mean that you just develop muscles over the flab, making your belly appear even larger. In fact, crunching is to be avoided really, as your stomach needs to be working when it's flat and pulled-in. Invest in one of those big workout balls (or use one at the gymn), and learn how to do the exercises properly.
Most of the time, post baby tummies are there for good cos it's actually loose skin rather than a muscle than can be toned. Might be worth a trip to the gp to see if he can tell and if it is the only way is a tummy tuck...

overall im slimjust a tiny flab on the belly .ive seen bigger people get the perfect stomach
Do not stress about it; it would take professional athletic kind of training (hours of cardio) to get even close to being able to then start on a six pack! Women are meant to have wobbly tummies. Unless you have desires to be Denise Lewis I would try and accept that the moves you are making to increase your fitness will soon pay dividends but you will always have a bit of a belly. Learn to love it!
ONE NAME MAY HELP YOU!! MARION JONES! SHE WON FIVE GOLD MEDALS AND THEN BECOME PREGENT. SHE IS NOW BACK INTO TIP TOP SHAPE. IT CAN BE DONE DEPENDING IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK FOR IT, BUT ITS NOT ADVISABLE TO CRACK ON WITH EXERCISE TO STRONG BEFORE YOU SEEK ADVISE.
Two mothers I know have the flattest firmest tummies. You'd think they kidnapped those kids of theirs! Anyway, both of them do a lot of swimming (how they find the time I'll never know). Personally I've learned to incorporate the rounded belly into my style. Nothing sexier than girl love handles!!!
