Research would suggest that vitamin tablets are only of use if you are severly malnourished or if you are on a restricted diet.
That said, it can't do any hurt, other then to your pocket.
I used to take loads of supplements but no longer bother, I don't feel any different.

I take Wellwoman and I think they help with my skin, hormones, hair and everything. I have noticed a benefit in taking them althought they are expensive
