is it too late for my finger??
8 Answers
just after christmas - early january, i think I broke my little finger.
I just banged it but it was INCREDIBLY painful!
I strapped it to the next one and carried on - busy busy, you know how it is.
Anyway, it's still quite sore and I can't use it the same as I used to. (You'd be surprised how much you use your little finger!)
Is it too late to have it looked at?

The body produces a substance in the break to join them together. Your finger if broken will have healed itself into the position you put it into. If this is the case, the surgeon can break your finger again (same place) and then set it properly. It doesn't hurt as they do it under local anaesthetic and it's noit bone they're breaking but this 'substance'. Hope this helps!
