How is Endometreosis cured through surgery? What exactly do they do, and does keyhole surgery leave any scars?

i had key hole surgery, there was a little hole above your hair line and another near your belly button.one hole is to pump you up with air so they can get a good view, the other is to put the camera in.In my case, they burnt away anything that shouldnt have been there and then stiched the little holes up again.they're not noticable at all.I dont think its ever curable tho, just managable..the pain etc will get less but i think for as long as you have periods you may have pain? Hope this helps?
One of the best cures for endometriosis is to get pregnant! This worked for me, but had to take fertility tablets first as endometriosis can affect your fertility. However, it's drastic action to take if you are not planning to have children!
