Is there a product to help this? I think I saw a plaster of some kind mentioned in Cosmo way back.

Now forgive the simplicity of this approach but have you ever considered not wearing them?
When you say sore feet do you mean blisters or just general soreness? If it's general soreness then go to Boots and buy some gel insoles, they make quite a difference so I'm told. If it's blisters well then sorry but your shoes are the wrong size!
Where exactly do your feet get sore? Also, do you mean blisters or skin rubbing? I get exactly the same problem...but not wearing high heels is just not an option!
I often have the same problem gem; I just think feet aren't made for heels.
oh if you mean aching i have found perfect solution! Ibrobufen gel! rub on your feet before wearing the shoes and you wont feel a thing!!!
Don't wear them!! you can potentially get problems with calf muscles, achilles tendon, feet, pelvis, lower back - need I go on?

I like to wear them when I go out, I'm not really the tallest girl in the world! The pain is a kind of dull ache in the arch of my foot. Thanks for the help.
no but u could try high heel pain relief cream.

you could try angel pads that fit into the bottom of the shoe, or a specially made arch support.

The plasters you are talking about are probably the new ones with gel pain relief on them, they are for when your heels rub on the back of the shoe.
