been out walking today and the sun has caught me, any ideas how to calm the redness down...

rub half a tomatoe over the burnt bit it cools them
Have you got any aloe vera gel? That's great for sunburn.
Or some natural remedies here you may already have at home...

Thanks for your help have got some aloe, and have now put some on, never thought of that, problem is that I'm being bullied by a colleague at work and have taken a few days off, and don't want to go into work on Sunday looking like I've been in the Med for the last few days.
Awww no, is there someone you can talk to at work about it?

You could exfoliate, get a nice face and body scrub, just don't go too mad and wait until your skin has calmed down :)

You could cover up as well and use a lighter foundation and powder than normal too.

Tried mediation, but the woman concerned is up the boss's rear as far as she can crawl, problem is I'm not the first to suffer but it seems that they don't want to do anything about it
Is it part of a bigger company where you could go higher?

Pleased I'm not the only one who's had problems
dress up like a red indian for a few days get people to sponser you raise money for charity at same time make fun of yourself and while still dressed as a red indian get your mates to dress up as the rest of the village people go to the local and do kareoke y.m.c.a get blotto and youll soon feel better............
