I notice alot of food is proud to advertising on the packaging that its part of your '5 a day'.
If they doubled the helpings then wouldn't it be easier to hit this 5 a day benchmark in nutrition? and could you eat all 5 a day in one serving as not to have to worry later on.
its best to spread it out over the course of a day. and if they doubled the amounts it`ll be twice as much food which prob b to much to eat. plus to much of one thing in one go can b bad to
