What does my boyfriend mean when he says this?

I've been with my new man for one month and we are getting on really well. He says he feels strongly for me and I feel very strongly for him but one day we were having an argument because I had commented on his rather small..........well you know. I didn't really think he would mind I mean he must know it's tiny and anyway I don't really care if it is small cos he's good in bed anyway but anyway he got really upset and it turned into a blazing row (he said my bum was big and you NEVER say that to me lol) anyway after we had made up he looked me in the eyes and said. "you know when you say stuff to me it hurts me more then if anyone else had said it. Even if they were saying the same thing". Also he is a very masculine sort of guy and has never cried but when I told him I wanted to finish he said he wanted to go to the bathroom and when he came out I saw he had been crying. Does that mean he likes me? What does him saying that thing mean? He can't love me yet as it's only been 1 month
